What Happened To My Question About How To Clean Aluminum Blinds?

Take the blinds down put them in the bathtub (one at a time).
Spray them with the shower, spray an all purpose cleanser on them, let it soak for a bit, use a soft wet cloth to wipe them down, rinse, set outside to dry before rehanging.
